PRIVACY
We count visits, not people.
No cookies, no accounts, no forms, no tracking scripts, nothing written to your device. We see how many people read these pages only as a number our web host works out from its own delivery logs. That is the whole policy - the rest of this page just says it precisely.
What this website does
Predictivedebugger.dev is a static site. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage, session storage or any other browser store. There is no sign-up, no contact form and no newsletter, so there is no field anywhere on this site in which you could hand us a piece of personal data. It runs no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no advertising, no A/B testing and no session recording. The fonts and page scripts are served from this domain, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to any third party.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist because of a rule about storing or reading information on your device. This site does neither, so there is nothing to ask you to consent to. A banner here would be theatre.
What our host sees
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like every web host, Cloudflare records ordinary request data - IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested and a timestamp - in order to deliver pages and to defend the site against attack and abuse. We rely on that processing as a legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f); it is the minimum needed to keep a website online. We do not combine those logs with anything else, do not build profiles from them, and do not sell or share them.
Cloudflare turns those logs into an aggregate traffic summary - how many requests arrived, roughly where in the world from, which pages were popular - and that summary is the only measurement we look at. It reaches us already counted up, with no way to single out a visitor, and nothing about it is placed on your device. Retention and handling follow Cloudflare's own privacy policy as our hosting provider.
Links that leave this site
Pages here link out to GitHub, npm and the documentation of various coding agents. Nothing is sent to those services until you click through, and once you do, their privacy policies apply instead of this one.
The npm package is separate
This policy covers the website only. Predictive Debugger itself is a Model Context Protocol server that runs on your own machine, installed from npm and driven by your coding agent. It is not operated by this site and sends us nothing. What it does with your code, and which model provider it talks to, is determined by your own configuration - see the documentation and the source, which is open.
There is nothing here to request
GDPR gives you the right to see, correct or delete the personal data a site holds about you, and to complain to your national data protection authority. We mention it for completeness rather than because it is likely to be useful: we keep no account, no profile and no identifier for you, so a request to see or erase your data would come back empty.
Changes
If this site ever starts collecting more than it does today, this page will say so before that change ships, and the date below will move.
